These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NatalCalculator.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it for your own astrological exploration, share generated charts with others, and reference our content with proper attribution. You may not scrape the Site at scale, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer the calculation engine for commercial use without permission, or use the Site to harass or harm others.
Accuracy disclaimer
Astrology on this Site is offered for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a substitute for medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, mental-health care, or professional consultation of any kind. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships, and major life events should be made with appropriate professional input. We make no warranty that any astrological interpretation will prove accurate or beneficial in any particular case.
Calculation accuracy
The astronomical calculations are based on standard published series (VSOP87, ELP-2000) and are tested against reference implementations. Median accuracy is under one arcminute for natal use. Birth-time uncertainty is the dominant practical source of error and lies outside our control. We make no warranty of perfect accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on chart output.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — code, written interpretations, design, illustrations — is owned by us or used with permission. You may not republish substantial portions of the written content without prior written consent. Short quotations with attribution are permitted under fair use / fair dealing. Charts you generate are yours to use freely; you do not need our permission to share or print them.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall NatalCalculator.com or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (USD 100).

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
